These larger than life Blue Herons were completed during my artist residency at Camp MoxyJos in April 2024. Being inspired by being immersed in nature was an amazing experience and this diptych is an example of some of the phenomenal work I made while I was there. These matching herons hang beak to beak and each measure in at approximately 14”x35” or 32”x35” when hung together with 4” between them. Giving me reminders of a beach house or a B&B on the ocean coast. 
These are painted on reclaimed wood and are very sturdy! If you aren’t local to Tacoma, will send a separate invoice for shipping.
